I am trying to deal with the fact that Patrick Stewart’s physique looks like that and he is in his 70s. How the what the how the?

So Patrick Stewart’s twitter is the cutest thing ever.

Did he hire a twitpiccer or does he have extremely accommodating friends

If Patrick Stewart asks you to take a picture of him looking triumphant in a towel-toga, you take a picture of him looking triumphant in a towel-toga. No questions asked.

Listen, I would love Patrick Stewart forever just for having played Jean-Luc Picard. Or for having played Professor X. Or even for playing Sejanus in “I, Claudius,” a miniseries I love so much I took my pseudonym from it.

But, as you can see, there are lots of reasons to love the man.

“I heard police or ambulancemen, standing in our house, say, “She must have provoked him,” or, “Mrs Stewart, it takes two to make a fight.” They had no idea. The truth is my mother did nothing to deserve the violence she endured. She did not provoke my father, and even if she had, violence is an unacceptable way of dealing with conflict. Violence is a choice a man makes and he alone is responsible for it.”

Magneto & Xavier: After and before. I love the crinkly versions just as much, maybe more.

And in the 1970s, Patrick Stewart looked like … THIS.

I think the word you’re looking for - actually, no, you’re not looking for a word. Just drooling. Am I right?

And then there’s Oberon.

First, James McAvoy. Now, Patrick Stewart. Apparently, when choosing Olympic torch-bearers, Great Britain went first for men I’ve found attractive.

I don’t know why today is “Captain Picard Day,” but apparently it is, and far be it from me not to celebrate.

I love the crinkly versions even more.

How I plan to spend my day.

Hanging out, doing little, I mean. Not sitting in Patrick Stewart’s lap. Though if that is ever on offer, I am willing to change my plans.
